29 January 2012, HEMAV, as one of the 10 selected winning companies  of the 2nd Edition of #ProgramaEmpenta 2013, started the first of a number of team sessions on Team Dynamics, Business Plan and Funding, which by adopting a comprehensive approach with the help of experts, its objective is to oversee all these stages involved in the process of creating a company, from the initial phase to its consolidation.
